Circuit/Boxing: A variety of resistance and cardio exercises, suited for all fitness levels.

Bootcamp: Great for weight control.  Expect to build strength and fitness. 

Pilates: Designed to build core strength, essential for every body.  Can alleviate back pain & correct posture.
