We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.


Cardio Circuit

1pm – 1:45pm

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this short class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise

Boxing Circuit

1pm – 1:45pm

Here we incorporate cardio intervals between boxing exercises to help you build leaner muscles.

Strength Circuit

1pm – 1:45pm

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals whilst keeping the heart and lungs challenged.



6.15am – 7am & 7am to 8am

High intensity cross fit sessions designed to burn max calories

Core Class

1pm to 1.15pm

Focusing on the abs, get your deep muscles working to promote a firm flat stomach.

Stretch Class

1.15pm to 1.30pm
