CFC's highly skilled trainers understand that not every body is the same. They listen and work closely with their clients to measure and monitor their client's strengths, weaknesses and progressions. Therefore reducing the likelihood of muscle imbalances, injuries, overtraining and boredom.

Sessions range from 30 - 90 minutes and prices vary depending on the duration of the session.
