Designed to be a state of the art, user friendly, 1st class service fitness club with a focus on personal attention. Our specialization in the corporate market allows us to operate off a small membership base. This gives  our members access to all of our equipment every time they come in. No need to compete with the crowds at CFC.

We specialize in tailoring membership packages to Companies who wish to provide a health and fitness package for their employees.

 We also have a small number of individual memberships available for those who prefer to train in a boutique club rather than a mass market gym.
